NAMI Gather Gentle Yoga in Madras

Join us for a free gentle yoga class on Friday at 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. on August 2, 16, 23 & 30 at the Jefferson County Health and Wellness Campus Community Room, 500 NE A Street, Madras, OR 97741. It is open to anyone in the community and will be appropriate for any fitness level or age range.
The class will be led by Cecilia Ledford, a United States Marine Corps. Veteran and certified yoga instructor who lives in Jefferson County.
