Family-to-Family Virtual Class

Registration is now open for our next Family-to-Family virtual class! This class is being led by NAMI Multnomah.

Join us this summer for the eight-week class designed for individuals who have a loved one experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition.

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free educational program for family, significant others and friends of people living with mental health conditions. It is a designated evidenced-based program. Research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to an individual living with a mental health condition. NAMI Family-to-Family is taught by NAMI-trained family members who have been there, and includes presentations, discussion and interactive exercises.
Dates: July 25th – September 12th

Possible ninth class on 09/19

Time: Thursdays, 6:00-8:30 PM, PT
