Here at NAMI Central Oregon, we believe in engaging with our community. All of us need a sense of belonging. Being part of a community enables us to share personal relatedness and support the perpetual growth of each other, ourselves, and our environment.

The nights are getting shorter, but luckily for us, the Old Mill has plenty of lights for us to be able to continue our evening walks. Please join us for a fun-filled hour of connection!
Where: Old Mill District, 450 SW Powerhouse Dr, Bend, OR 97702

We will meet by the bridge in the Old Mill between GAP and Anthony’s. The first few minutes will be to meet the other walkers and socialize.
You are more than welcome to bring your own refreshments and snacks. If you bring your dog, we ask that they be kept on a leash.
The whole walk will be approximately 1 hour, with the option to stay longer should anyone want to hang out afterward.
