Join Us on Our NAMI Central Oregon NAMI Gather
Here at NAMI Central Oregon, we believe in engaging with our community. All of us need a sense of belonging. Being part of a community enables us to share personal relatedness and support the perpetual growth of each other, ourselves, and our environment.
Everyone is welcome!
Every first and third Tuesday of the month we will meet up for a fun, supportive gathering at 5:30 pm.

Have an idea for a meetup? Email info@namicentraloregon.org with your suggestions.
The first few minutes will be to meet the other walkers and socialize. You are more than welcome to bring your own refreshments and snacks.
If you bring your dog, we ask that they be kept on a leash.
The whole walk will be approximately 1 hour, with the option to stay longer should anyone want to hang out afterward.
